Spectacular sunset and Atlantic City Skyline views from the third floor balcony!

This 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath townhome, which is the fourth house from the beach, features a gas fireplace in living room, gourmet kitchen (w/all necessary cooking utensils) with granite countertops, outdoor shower, storage area for beach gear, and many other amenities. Each room features cable TV (DVD/VCR players available in the main Living Room/2 Bedrooms). New central air conditioning (installed 10/05) /heat and all major appliances included: washer/dryer, dishwasher and refrigerator. Full internet access is available via Verizon Wireless DSL (access code provided). Located conveniently in the south end of Brigantine Beach with a new community center and park (located 3 blocks south on 42nd St. - with tennis courts and miniature golf course) and stores such as Aunt B's, Ernest & Sons, etc. located nearby (33rd St.).  The townhome is fenced in on both sides for privacy.

Please indicate what specific weeks (1 week minimum, Saturday thru Saturday, check-in after 3:00 PM Sat., check-out by 10:00 AM Sat.) you are interested in and we will e-mail you with a confirmation if the 1-week block is available or not; e-mail will contain specific weeks that the property is available. Property is available to show (evenings & weekends). Please check the Calendar (located on this page) and email the week(s) that you would be interested in renting the property and/or time & date you would be interested in seeing the townhome.

Contact us if interested in renting townhome for more than the advertised one (1) week minimum.  Upon confirmation of the week to be rented, a lease will be e-mailed to you - $500.00 deposit will be made when the lease is mailed ($1700.00 balance due sixty (60) days prior to arrival); a Damage deposit of $500.00 (separate check to be mailed with deposit) will be escrowed prior to rental and returned/destroyed providing no damages were incurred.  See Calendar for availability.

Note:  We rent to FAMILY's ONLY - no renters under the age of twenty-five (25) considered. 

 There are three bedrooms: master bedroom w/king size bed (sleeps 2) on the 2nd floor; bedroom #2 (also on 2nd floor) - has 2 bunk beds and sleeps 4, & 1st floor guest room (w/full bath) has four (4) twin beds - townhome sleeps a total of ten (10) people comfortably.  Mattress pads, pillow cases, and comforters provided for each bed.  Also provided are six (6) beach chairs (stored in garage). Parking for three cars (1 in garage, 2 outside) - remote control for garage provided. Tenants must provide sheets, bath & beach towels. Must CLEAN prior to departure.  Sorry - no pets/no smoking.
