vacation rental description
This 2 story, contemporary mountain home is as comfortable as your own with all the charm of a mountain retreat. On a paved road, it is located in one of Beech Mountain’s most desired areas, a 10 minute walk to the Beech Mountain Resort (SkiBeech), close by the Beech Mountain Country Club and Recreation area, and a skip to Fred’s Mercantile General Store! It offers great privacy nestled as it is among mature hardwoods that peek through your window. The long view from the elevated porch is of the beautiful Tennessee mountains. Enjoy a relaxing evening out there or curl up in front of the wood-burning fireplace. Sooth your spirit… then retreat down to the two well-appointed bedrooms.
Enter the garage or park by the front door and carry your groceries with ease
into the kitchen. Bake a pie or cook a gourmet meal…all you’ll need are the ingredients. Almost all utensils, pots and pans, dishes and silverware are within easy reach.
Should you want to eat out, several great restaurants are very close
by, whether it’s less than 2 minutes to the Alpen Inn, a 10 minute drive down the mountain to Banner Elk, or 17 mile drive to Boone, or Blowing Rock.
Summer activities abound with wine festivals and cool weather on the Mountain. The home elevation is approximately 5000 feet.
Sleeps 6, extra charge for additional occupants.
