Beautiful, cozy, and private house just next to Lake Michigan. Almost completely renovated in 2008. 1 mile north of Holland State Park in beautiful Idlewood Beach Assn. Vacant lots behind, in front, and on west side of the house make this "pretty and private." Available June-August, $1,700 per week. Also available September-May, $1,000 per month.

house rental amenities
Air conditioned, all linens and dishes and pans provided, an all equipped house for your vacation. All you need to bring is your swimming suits! Three bikes provided, plus gas and charcoal grills. Dishwasher, washer/dryer, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, blender, cable TV (HDTV, DVD, VCR), stereo, telephone. Central A/C. Linens, dishes, beach chairs, beach towels provided.
activities and attractions in Holland Michigan
Adjacent to wonderful walking/bike paths. Three minutes to the beach. Lots of stores and boutiques in Holland and Saugatuck. Restaurants in Holland and Saugatuck are excellent. Various sites celebrating the Dutch heritage in this area.
vacation rental rates
We prefer to rent September-May for $1,000 a month, but we will consider month to month rentals. $1,700 per week is the rate for the summer, June-August. We are open to weekend rentals and weekly rentals, September-May, as available.
