Two story vacation chalet nestled on almost a quarter acre of natural forest land surrounded by very tall pines. Mountain setting and woodsy feeling, while close to all Tahoe has to offer. Easy access located in South Lake Tahoe off Pioneer Trail (Calif. side). Minutes to the lake, beaches, skiing, shopping, hiking and golf courses. Directly across from some of Tahoe's best mountain biking, hiking and snowmobiling trails.
Professionally maintained cabin with new kitchen and baths. Lots of amenities. Vaulted open beam ceilings, cozy living room with gas log stove, Cable TV, DVD player, DVD movies, free Movie Channels, and free Wireless Internet access. Two bedrooms and a loft area that doubles as a 3rd bedroom. Loft also has a couch. Private Hot Tub on rear deck with forest and mountain views under magnificant, tall pines. (High season)$160 per night weekdays $175 per night weekends. 3 night minimum on High season weekends (mid Dec-mid Apr) 3 day Holidays $175 per night 3 night minimum. July 4th (4 night minimum)
Thanksgiving $185 per night (4 night minimum)
Christmas & New Years $230 per night (4 - 5 night minimum)
Cleaning/housekeeping charge of $105 required on all stays.
Rates do not include Tahoe 10% occupancy tax. Security/damage deposit of $200 applied as a Credit card hold required.
