“Yesterday's Dream" is your reality when you make this lovely, newly decorated island home your next vacation getaway on the Isle of Palms. Enjoy the fantastic views of the beach & ocean from this nearly new home from the front porch and rooftop deck! The new owners have not overlooked the smallest detail in making this house comfortable for their guests.
New to the rental market, this house accommodates 16 guests in five large bedrooms. The first floor includes 4 bedrooms, 3-1/2 baths, media room and laundry room. Three of the bedrooms have King beds each while the fourth bedroom has 3 sets of bunk beds for the children. One king bedroom with an ocean view shares a full Jack & Jill bath with the bunk bed room. The other two King bedrooms each have private baths. In addition, the Media Room offers a TV for the sports fans in your group plus a granite top wet bar with mini fridge for half time refreshments! One Queen sofa sleeper and three moveable single sleepers adds versatile sleeping accommodations.
The second floor offers a beautiful, open great room with an ocean view living room, TV/DVD, Stereo, Gas Fireplace, stainless steel kitchen and dining area which seats 10. The gourmets in your family may prefer to gather around the spacious kitchen and large island with seating for 6. A professional gas cook top and oversized Subzero refrigerator makes entertaining for friends and family a pleasure.
The large master bedroom offers a King bed, TV, access to the covered porch and a private bath. Enjoy relaxing in the luxurious master bath which includes a large, jetted garden tub with handheld shower and huge walk-in shower complete with rain head showerhead and handheld shower. A double sink vanity offers convenience in the morning.
In the open area under the house there is a ping pong table to keep young and not-so-young active. The large in ground swimming pool in the back yard is surrounded by a wooden bench for comfort and can be heated for an additional cost. A gas BBQ grill is provided and can be used in the shade by the pool so keeping an eye on the kids while swimming is convenient. A second gas grill has been added to the second floor porch nearer the kitchen. An outdoor hot & cold shower allows for rinsing off.
An elevator that goes from ground level to the first and second levels helps maneuver baggage and groceries as well as for those challenged by stairs.
