Beautiful limestone fireplace, 6-person hydrotherapy outdool spa (spa may not be operation in the winter months), with additional (seasonal) outdoor shower, screened-in porch, 2 decks (upper and lower), Cable TV, DVD, Stereo, fully stocked kitchen (dishes, pots, pans, crock pot, glassware, storage containers, utensils, coffee pot, blender), microwave and dishwasher. Washer and dryer, ceiling fans, central air. More than 1/2 of the property is wooded, 2 outside BBQ grills (propane and charcoal). Bath towels and linens included.

shoreline.

Michigan City and Chesterton, Indiana within 7 miles. The national
lakeshore runs for nearly 25 miles along southern Lake Michigan,
bordered by Michigan City, Indiana on the east, and Gary on the
west. The park contains approximately 15,000 acres, 2,182 of which
are located in Indiana Dunes State Park and managed by the Indiana
Department of Natural Resources. Miles of beaches, sand dunes, bog,
wetlands, woodland forests, an 1830's French Canadian homestead,
Bailly Homestead, and a working 1900 era farm, Chellberg Farm,
combine to make the national lakeshore a unique setting.

Cleaning Fee: 85.00 cleaning fee (2-4 adult guests), 100.00 (5-6 adult guests).

Pet Fee: 25.00 if pets vacation with you.

Indiana sales tax applies to all rental totals.

$400.00 deposit holds your reservation
Extra guests over 6 will be charged @ $25 per person

Property will be held for 5 business days pending receipt of $400.00
deposit payment. Balance of invoice is due 30 days prior to
occupancy.
