clustered along the southernmost tip of Lake Michigan. Beverly
Shores is an island of private resort homes surrounded by the
Indiana Dunes National Lakeshore, a federal park.
Sleeps 6, 2 bedrooms and sleeper sofa. One bath with tub and shower.
Four blocks from beautiful Lake Michigan white sand beach. Four
blocks from Beverly Shores train station. 44 miles southeast of
Chicago.
House is built on an acre of land, great place to relax.

Beautiful limestone fireplace (firewood provided between September
and April), 6-person hydrotherapy outdoor spa, with additional
(seasonal) outdoor shower, screened-in porch, 2 decks
(upper and lower), Cable TV, DVD/VCR, Stereo, fully stocked
kitchen (dishes, pots, pans, crock pot, glassware, storage
containers, utensils, coffee pot, blender), microwave and
dishwasher. Washer and dryer, ceiling fans, central air. More than
1/2 of the property is wooded, 2 outside BBQ grills (propane and
charcoal). Bath towels and linens included.
Four blocks from handicapped accessible Lake View Beach, 28 miles of
shoreline.

Michigan City and Chesterton, Indiana within 7 miles. The national
lakeshore runs for nearly 25 miles along southern Lake Michigan,
bordered by Michigan City, Indiana on the east, and Gary on the
west. The park contains approximately 15,000 acres, 2,182 of which
are located in Indiana Dunes State Park and managed by the Indiana
Department of Natural Resources. Miles of beaches, sand dunes, bog,
wetlands, woodland forests, an 1830's French Canadian homestead,
Bailly Homestead, and a working 1900 era farm, Chellberg Farm,
combine to make the national lakeshore a unique setting.

Indiana State Sales Tax additional to all charges.
Property will be held for 5 business days pending receipt of $300.00
deposit payment. Balance of invoice is due 30 days prior to
occupancy.
