OLD condo offers a spacious open living room w/ 40" Flat Panel TV, DVD and a fireplace. The fully equipped kitchen has granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances.  After a long enjoyable day at the beach, you can utilize our private outdoor shower before sitting down to a cocktail and a book on our large wrap around porch which is fully furnished.  DVD's and Board Games are made available for visitors to enjoy.

DEPOSITS: A $300.00 deposit is required to reserve each week.  This deposit in turn becomes your security deposit.  When deposit is received, a lease will be mailed to you.  1/2 of rental agreement will be due within 30 days of receipt of lease with balance due 30 days prior to your arrival.  Discounts for multiple weeks may be available but are not guaranteed, please inquirer with owner about this.

OWNER MANAGED: You will deal directly with property owner at check-in and check-out.  Turnover cleaning will be inspected each week to ensure home is completly clean and ready for the next weeks visitors.  If any problems arise during your stay I am on call 24 hrs. and will take care of them promptly.
