This four bedroom house sits in ten acres of beautiful woodland and is ideally suited for a family holiday. Two miles from Montgomery Center and ten miles to the wonderful Jay Peak ski area. The large front garden is on a hill which allows for endless hours of snow shoeing, sledding and fun outside whilst a large family room with a gas log fire awaits you inside. In spring and summer you can walk, bike and hike from the front door. The sound of the babbling brook in the front garden will help you sleep after a busy day. Ben and Jerry's ice cream factory is only an hours drive away, visiting the lovely town of Stowe on your way back. Travel to Montreal to see the historic sites and museums, just over an hour's drive. During the summer make sure to visit Lake Willoughby, warm water and breath taking views. An all year round retreat!

Inside is like home from home, a kitchen well equipped for a family, microwave, fridge/freezer, large oven and hob, dishwasher. Comfortable open plan dinning room with kitchen, leading to a large family room with beautiful gas log fire, sofas, rocking chairs, big TV and lots of board games to finish off a good day outdoors. 3 bedrooms all available on the ground level with shared bathroom with bath tub and shower. Master bedroom is upstairs and is ensuite with shower and whirlpool bath.
Washer and dryer are available in the basement.
