Our home is located at mile post 14 in the Village at Nags Head Linkside community. Enjoy views overlooking the pond in the landscaped backyard, as well as the fairway views from the deck of our Soundside beach home located on the 13th tee of the Nags Head Golf course. Our cozy cottage is comfortably furnished with everthing your family will need for a memorable stay at the beach. Located on a on quiet cul-de-sac within walking distance of the grocery store, shops and restaurants. It's just a short drive to the golf club (additional fees apply), beach club with pool less than a mile from the house or the private beach access less than 1/2 mile from the house with bath house (passes included in rental). Walk to the sound side park on the water to launch kayaks and canoes or just to view the sunsets. Great neighborhood for biking(bring your own or they can be rented from local vendors). Or just enjoy taking a walk. See weekly rates listed below.

King in master bedroom with attached bath and walk out deck on the first level, 1 queen bedroom and bedroom with 2 twins share the other bath on the second level. Third level is great room, kitchen, dining area and walk out to deck overlooking the pond. Each bedroom has a television, DVD player and/or VCR.
Covered parking for 1 vehicle, 2 addition spaces offstreet
Sheets and bath towels provided and beds are made prior to arrival. House sleeps six.
Starter set of toliet paper, paper towels and bath soap is provided. Basic cleaning supplies are also provided for your use while staying at our home.
