Dolphins Beach, or otherwise known as the "Lighthouse" by the
locals, is located at 5195 Estero Boulevard on Fort Myers Beach. It
features a third-story octagon shaped observation tower that has a
commanding view of the 4 mile white sand beach across the street, as
well as views of Sanibel, Captiva Island, Pine Island, Naples, and
Fort Myers. Catch a glimpse of the dolphins swimming in the canal
or enjoy the breathtaking sunset from your balcony overlooking the
canal.
The home is situated on an oversized lot and features a furnished
Florida room overlooking a picturesque deep-water canal. The
private dock is perfect for large or small boats. There is great
fishing, with direct access to the Back Bay and the Gulf of Mexico,
with no slow zones to the Gulf.
This is a large upscale 3 bedroom, 2 bath home decorated in modern
island decor. It includes a formal living room, formal dining room,
family room, kitchen, laundry facilities, as well as your own heated
pool and relaxing jacuzzi.
The Master suite has a King size bed, 27 inch TV, telephone, alarm
clock and has an awesome beach view. The 3rd bedroom has a Queen
size bed, alarm clock and a work desk.
Attached to the kitchen is a cozy TV room for relaxing and just
hanging out. French doors open up to the balcony overlooking the
pool and canal. Enjoy the home entertainment system that includes a
37 inch TV with a VCR and DVD player- with tons of movies. Standard
phone hook-up is available for internet access. The formal living
room is complete with a wet bar and includes hanging wine glasses
for entertaining.
The formal dining room comfortably seats 8 people. There is also a
kitchen table for a more relaxed atmosphere. The kitchen has a
snack bar with stool seating (kids love it!), and it is fully
equipped with a microwave, dishwasher, dishes and cookware-
everything you could possibly need. For a more romantic evening,
enjoy a sunset dinner on the lanai that overlooks the beach.
Imagine a vacation without all the extra baggage! We provide you
with anything you could possibly need for your beach getaway. We
have bikes for both the kids and adults, a gas grill, a boom box for
pool side or beach use, and all other beach necessities you would
want. All linens and beach towels, toilet paper, paper towels are
included and a whole lot more.
The home is within walking distance to almost anything you may want
or need. For your grocery shopping, the new Publix is only blocks
away. Or if you would like to see the sights of Fort Myers Beach,
the trolley stop is only 20 yards away, best of all it's only .25
cents!
With the white sand beach only a few yards away, there is plenty to
do and see. Jet ski and parasailing rentals are close by, as well
as charter boats. Or you can just walk the beach to search for sand
dollars and sea shells.
Want something else besides the beach? Within walking distance,
there is a golf course, library, movie theater and water park. If
you feel like driving, there are museums. Take an airboat through
the everglades or take a trip to the Naples Zoo.
