2 Bay View Condos, No Cleaning Fee for Ntly Rentals in Los Osos

We have 2 units on one property. Unit D (sleeps 4) in
the foreground and Unit A (in the background) sleeps 6.

Los Osos is centrally located and is minutes away from Morro Bay, San
Luis Obispo, Paso Robles, Cambria, Pismo and Availa Beach.
Our property is right next door to Sea Pines 9 hole golf course (Open
to the Public). There are also several 18 hole golf courses and
world-class vineyards, all within a half hour drive from our property.

From the condos you can walk to the southern most point of Morro Bay
(approximately a two block distance) or cross over the dunes to the
Pacific ocean (another two block distance) that is part of Montana de
Oro State Park. Montana de Oro State Park is a ten minute drive from
our door. This is a wonderful place to hike, have picnics, or go
exploring the tide pools. Or stay at our property and have a picnic
at your own picnic table with a panoramic view.

Unit A sleeps six and Unit D sleeps 4 and each is fully furnished
with: UNIT A (Sleeps 6) Has 1 QUEEN AND 2 DOUBLES.
UNIT D (Sleeps 4) Has 1 QUEEN AND 2 TWINS.
Both Units have a Full kitchen with Microwave, Dishwasher,
Refrigerator, Cooking Utensils, and anything else a party of 6 would
need to feed themselves with.
There is: Cable TV, VCR player(Some tapes),DVD player, CD Player,
Wireless Internet, Hair dryer, books,linens and towels, and so much
more.
We have 2 units on the property, rent both for larger groups.

At the property we have hiking and wildlife viewing. Nearby there is
more hiking, golfing, horseback riding, shopping, restaurants,
swimming, boating, sailing, surfing, Hearst Castle tours, wine tasting
and anything else one could possible think of.

There are theaters (movies and live performances)and there are several
Missions close by and further out to explore. Next door to Mission
Santa Ynez (approx. and Hour away from us)is Solvang the Danish
Capital. There are so many wonderful things to see all within an hour
away from an ideal vacation spot.

These are all great day trips. In case you find them a bit busier and
perhaps a bit warmer than to your liking, it won't matter as long as
you head back to the Bay View Condo with its' perfectly enjoyable
weather and its' quiet location; to continue to indulge in a vacation
of your making.

ADDITIONAL RENTAL INFORMATION:
Rates are based of occupancy by 2 persons.
Refundable Security Deposit is between $400.00 - $600.00 and a signed
contract.
Well-Mannered Pets are welcomed with additional fees.
Linens and Towels provided and much more.
We have two Condos rent both for larger groups (Up to 10 people.
Check-in time : After 3pm and Check-out time Before 11:00am
