Everything you'd need for a perfect vacation!

Review submitted: February 10, 2013   Date of arrival: July 15, 2012

We stayed at this studio for a week in July 2011. Our first time in the Twin Cities area. My husband, kitty & I had a great time! You can trust the description & photos of the unit - they are all accurate! You can trust the owners too - Scott & Jenna are very nice people & great hosts! Communication before, during & after our stay was timely & excellent. They are true professionals. It was a crazy hot week & we had some issues with the AC (just like most of Minneapolis, I suppose!) :-) -- Scott went out of his way, searched throughout the city & got us a new AC ASAP! The time for the dishwasher came too - a brand new dishwasher was installed the following morning, while we were gone! Talk about fast response! Both Scott & Jenna went the extra mile to provide us with all we needed during our vacation - and they were very mindful of our precious kitty, who loved the studio as well, btw! :-) We had all the amenities, and I know they are still upgrading! Beds were comfy, the unit was cozy, we had privacy & felt safe & taken care of. The garden's beautiful. There's plenty of secure parking in front of our door. One of the best things though: the Location! It couldn't be more perfect: close to everything! We had a car, but drove only short distances! All the attractions were around & easy to find! You could never be bored in Twin Cities area - so many & wonderful museums, gardens & lakes - we wish we had more time! Health food stores, markets & organic food places are within 4 miles! So, we highly recommend this studio - a cozy place (home away from home!), great customer service & a perfect location! Thank you so much, Scott & Jenna, we appreciate all you did for us! We wish you all the best! We will be back, if you'd like to accommodate us the next time we're in town! Gergana & Tosho P.S.: For vacationers, who might be interested, we recommend: the Chain of Lakes (relax & lots of activities); the Minneapolis Institute of Arts; the Bakken Museum; the Cathedral of St. Paul; the Stone Arch Bridge & St. Anthony Falls; the Minnehaha Falls; the Mall of America, with Sealife Aquarium & Amusement Park inside; the Minneapolis Sculpture Garden; the Rose Garden; the Peace Garden; the Wildflower Garden; the Como Zoo & Gardens; the Minnesota Zoo, with IMAX theatre; the Minnesota Landscape Arboretum...etc... Yep, plenty for everyone, kids or adults! And we were impressed - many of the attractions are free or have very low entrance fees!

Fabulous find in Minneapolis...with great hosts.

Review submitted: February 10, 2013   Date of arrival: September 1, 2012

I stayed for three nights and was extremely pleased with all aspects of my experience. I had booked it before travelling from australia and after a long flight in getting here I was most thankful to meet Scott with the keys and a lot of insider information about Minneapolis and the surrounds. I found it easy to get around due to the close proximity to the bus line, and loved having my own kitchen (particularly to store my Ben & Jerry's, which I had been harboring years-long cravings for). I knew that anything I needed was at the end of a phone, and Scott and Jenna were so nice in making themselves available for anything (and for not making me feel stupid when I called to find out how to operate one of the kitchen appliances!). Overall, it was a wonderful stay and I would highly recommend it to anyone else. · By nmh1974 from Minneapolis, Minnesota on 10/6/2011 for a stay in 9/1/2011 Response: Thanks for your review Lisa. As one of the first guests who came to us from this site, you gave us a good impression of the site! Hey, we figured that appliance out together! It was new to us too! It was a pleasure getting to know you!

Lovely spot in the city of Minneapolis

Review submitted: February 10, 2013   Date of arrival: February 11, 2012

(Originally Submitted on Another Site) Beautiful decor including the thickest rug I've ever seen. Windows that open and on the top floor so felt very safe to sleep with the windows open. Nice kitchen and pots and pans. Stayed here while I was having some remodeling done at my place. Great value.
