Let Shell Seekers become a vacation tradition!  Tucked away beneath graceful live oaks and swaying palmettos, Shell Seekers is a family-friendly vacation home waiting for your arrival.  

Just a short stroll to the beach...but why walk? take the golf cart instead! 

Large privacy fenced back yard with a POOL. 

Bike/scooters (5 adult bikes, 1 sm.child (4-6 yr), 2 Razor Scooters (8yr & up) 

Separate living room/game room for the kids with a 42" LED TV, XBox, shuffleboard table, games.

Comfortable, tastfully decorated living room for the adults (with a second 42" LED TV).

Spacious, fully-equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, beautiful Mexican tile flooring, eat-in area with seating for 8, and french doors that open to the large screened porch & pool area, small deck with gas grill, and large privacy fenced back yard.  

Three bedrooms 

• Master bedroom with king bed and en suite bath with tiled shower and new fixtures (sleeps 2);
• Second bedroom with a queen bed (sleeps 2);
• Third bedroom with a twin-over-full bunk and a single twin (sleeps up to 4 kids, or 2-3 adults).  Top bunk has a weight limit of 200 lbs.  Second & third bedrooms share access to the updated hall bath which has a full tub and rainfall showerhead.

The game room is off of the kitchen and has an entry door to the exterior of the house. It may serve as a fourth bedroom, utilizing a queen sleeper sofa. 

All bed linens and bath linens are included free of charge and guests have complimentary use of the washer & dryer.

My husband and I have lived in Charleston, and the surrounding communities, on and off again for more than twenty years...simply put, it's our favorite place to be!  I began offering properties for vacation rental three years ago and began advertising with vacationrentals.com in November of 2010.  

I am the Principal of Welcome Home Properties and personally handle every aspect of my guest's reservation--from the booking process to preparing my home for a guest's arrival.  I am a resident of Charleston, so I am readily available if a guest needs assistance during their stay.

Downtown Charleston: 12 miles

Shops and Restaurants: 2-3 miles

Airport:23 miles

3 night minimum reservation required; rates do not include state/local taxes.

Must be 28 years of age to reserve; photocopy of current state or gov't issued ID required with signed contract. Resevations are accepted on a first come, first served basis.

Check-in 4p.m., Check-out 10 a.m.-strictly enforced unless exception is approved during booking process.

Shell Seekers is a NON-SMOKING residence.

Accommodations tax rate=12.5%

January 1 to February 29: 

$125 per night for the first 3 nights; $99 per night each additional night =

$771 for a 7 night stay + taxes and 10% (refundable) security deposit                                                          

March 1 to May 31: 

$269 per night for the first 3 nights; $199 per night each additional night

$1603 for a 7 night stay + taxes and 10% (refundable) security deposit

June 1 to August 31: 

 $349 per night for the first 3 nights; $259 per night each additional night =

 $2083 for a 7 night stay + taxes and 10% (refundable) security deposit

September 1 to September 30:

$269 per night for the first 3 nights; $199 per night each additional night=

$1603 for a 7 night stay + taxes and 10% (refundable) security deposit

October 1-October 31:

$199 per night for the first 3 nights; $149 per night each additional night =

$1193 for a 7 night stay + taxes and 10% (refundable) security deposit

November 1 to December 31:

$125 per night for the first 3 nights; $99 per night each additional night =

$771 for a 7 night stay + taxes and 10% (refundable) security deposit

             MONTHLY RENTAL OPTION NOVEMBER 2013 through FEBRUARY 2014                                     $2500/month (1 month minimum reservation required). 

*weekly (7 night) reservation may be required during peak travel seasons.
