vacation rental description
Pelican's Point has 4,800 square feet of class. Plenty of room for families reunions and couples. The interior was designed and built with only the highest quality materials. The view is second to none. The kitchen is a chef's haven. Everyone can gather there in the open design sipping on wine and engaging in good coversation while watching the cook/s create. There is a large dining table to enjoy the goumet meals (or grilled hotdogs). The family area flows out of the kitchen and has a flat screem TV. There are 3 bedrooms and two baths on the main level. The lower level has two bedrooms. A fold out bed for the kids is situated in the rec room. There is a jacuzzi tub in one of the two baths on the lower level for several to enjoy. The four patios have nice seating areas and a "wow" view of the lake. Bring your boat. There is a slip with a lift for it for only $25 in the nice covered dock on the cove side of the house. A large seperate swim platform means fun in the sun and water. This is the place for the family reunion and the couples get-to-gethers. Pelican's Point has a large indoor and outdoor space. Get you friends and families together, do the math, and book your summer vacation at elegant Pelican's Point.
