vacation rental description
This very nice home has 3 bedrooms each with their own baths. It is a townhouse, but enclosed patio is totally private. There are two bedrooms upstairs with a loft view of the open living /dining room. Two bedrooms have queen sized beds and one bedroom has two double beds. The downstairs bedroom has a walk through bath so that guests using the sofa bed can enter the bathroom through another door. The kitchen is well equipped. There is a laundry room off of the kitchen with regular sized washer and dryer. The side by side refrigerator has an ice-maker. A bar separates the kitchen and the dining area. There is a large private deck that looks out to the lake and the dock through big pretty trees.

A $300 security/damage deposit is required to reserve your dates. This amount will be refunded in full a week after your stay, provided you have fullfilled your stay and there is no damage, theft, or extra cleaning required.
There is a one time cleaning fee of $100 due with the rental fee 45 days before your stay.
