     Across the street from neighborhood pool and tennis court (both
free access with rental)

     Fully equipped kitchen stocked with dishes, glasses, flatware,
pots and pans, toaster, coffee pot, microwave, etc.
     Washer and dryer

     Central Air Conditioning
     Master bedroom has queen-size bed, and its own bath with large shower
     2nd bedroom has queen-size bed and its own bath (twin beds
optional if long term rental)

Activities and Attractions

     Flagler Beach is a charming, beach town, with lovely restaurants,
shops, a fishing pier, and surfing.
     6+ miles of uncrowded, quiet, pristine beach, often like your own
private beach
     Neighborhood pool and tennis court (both free access with rental)
across the street from the house
     Marineland – 17 miles (the only 450,000 gal ocean-fed tank in the
U.S.; also features swimming with dolphins)
     St. Augustine – 40 minutes (Historic town center-oldest in U.S.,
Outlet Mall)
     Daytona Beach – 35 minutes (Daytona International Speedway)
     Orlando – 80 minutes (DisneyWorld, etc.)
     NASA Kennedy Space Center – 75 miles
     Biking, hiking, birding, swimming, surfing, fishing, kayaking,
golfing, etc.-all on location or minutes away

Airports: the Daytona Beach International Airport is 27 miles south, 
the Orlando International Airport is 86 miles to the southwest, and
the Jacksonville International Airport is 89 miles north.

Vacation Rental Rates

May-October: $600/week plus $100 cleaning fee
November-April: $700/week plus $100 cleaning fee

Holiday/special event rates of $1,000/week apply during Labor Day,
Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Years, Easter, 4th of July, and Memorial
Day.  Special events include The Rolex 24 Hour Race, Speedweeks and
The Dayona 500, Bike Week, The Pepsi 400, and Biketoberfest.  

We offer reduced rates for monthly and longer term stays:
Monthly rentals include utilities (+$100 cleaning fee): May-Oct
$1400; Nov.-Apr $1550

10% Florida tax required for rentals less than 6 months
Refundable security deposit 
No smoking and no pets, please
