Our home is located in the area's only upscale, complete, resort,
vacation home community, Windsor Palms. The resort is located only
two miles from the Disney property. The community is gated with 24
hour manned gatehouse.
Our home is fully furnished and professionally decorated with four
bedrooms (Two King Master Suites), three bathrooms, and a private
screened pool. You and your family can unwind by the pool after a
full day at the theme parks! The swimming pool also has a child safe
screen and alarms on the patio doors.
The Windsor Palms Resort has many activities such as an Olympic-size
pool and wading pool for the kids, work out room, game room, 60 seat
movie theater, pizza restaurant, and sundry shop. The clubhouse is
luxuriously appointed and the resort is beautifully landscaped.
There are basketball, tennis, and volleyball courts are onsite,
together with a kids' playground, walking trails, and biking trails.
The huge, central, pool area will provide a suitable location for the
kids to meet new friends, leaving the adults to soak up the sun at
the house pool!

Our home is fully equipped for your stay in Florida. Additional
features include TV's in all bedrooms, stereo, full size washer and
dryer, towels (except beach towels),linens, high-chair, and porta-
crib. The kitchen is also fully furnished. New air-conditioned
game room with pool table, ping-pong, and air hockey table.
Also, relax by your own private swimming pool and spa while cooking
on your own gas grill.

Enjoy the resort amenities at the clubhouse including an Olympic size
swimming pool, billiards, basketball, volleyball, tennis, exercise
room, childrens playground and picnic area. This resort has it all.
The clubhouse has a 52-seat movie theatre and convenience store.

*A $250 refundable deposit is required to reserve the home. No actual
charge is made unless there is careless damage to the home or
excessive cleaning is needed. Full payment is due 60 days prior to
arrival.

Cancellation Policy: Cancellations more than 60 days before arrival
date may reschedule reservation (where possible) by re-utilizing
deposits, subject to a $25.00 fee. Cancellations of less than 60 days
before arrival date forfeit deposit in full. Alterations to any
reservation dates (where possible) are subject to a $25.00 fee.
