"The Fairway Getaway" is a newer home in a beautiful golf course community located just off I-75 for easy and quick transportation to anywhere is soutwest Florida. The home features a great open floor plan with expansive views of the 12th and 13th fairway. The home is decorated in a cool airy coastal theme making your stay a relaxing tranquil getaway. Each room is fully furnished with upscale furnishings and the all the necessary accessories for a great stay. The lanai exapnds the whole back of the house and is filled with cushioned furniture to sit and relax day or night while watching the golfers pass and the sun set over the bodies of water on the course. The kitchen is fully stocked with all cooking neccesaties and beyond with full sets of dishes for serving your entire family. The master suite is large and private with access to the lanai and an oversized walk in closet perfect to fit all of your suitcases. The attached master bath is oversized and equiped with a walk-in shower, garden tub and seperate vanities. The front guest bedroom host a queen size bed, telveision, dressors and closet. The other guest bedroom features a twin bed with a pull out trundle bed perfect for sleeping two.
The neighborhood is great for walking or riding bikes with sidewalks throught out the subdivision and even up the street. You are only a quick drive from the famous Ellenton Outlet Malls and mutiple restaurants and bars. The great beaches of St.Pete/Clearwater, Siesta Key and Anna Maria Island are only a short 30 minute drive making it easy to pick a new beach to visit everyday.
