You can train and swim with a slew of dolphins and sea lions. The community also has a full new tennis court and swimming pool. You are located on the water. You can also rent the 16 thousand pound lift for your boat if needed. There is also a fishery that is located one block away that sells fresh caught fish of every species. There are several restaurants and bars located footsteps away. You can even fish with captain Chang two blocks away for almost nothing. He has a charter boat that goes out every day. There is also a large community park that has basketball courts, swimming pools, WATER PARK, and play ground.
