Vacation Rental Description

Small, newly remodeled two bedroom, one bath house with a private 
backyard garden overlooking canyon.  Fully furnished, the house is 
sunny and cozy, with its European tile bathroom and large windows 
in every room.  

The house is quiet in a very country like setting with lots of 
private outside room, trees and flowers.  Set away from the road and 
overlooking a canyon, the house is a tranquil spot to rest while on 
vacation, yet only minutes away from the freeway and all the main 
attractions of San Diego.

Vacation Rental Amenities

Fully furnished with all new furniture and TV.  Washer 
and dryer, off street parking, cable TV, high speed wireless 
Internet, clock radio.  The kitchen is fully equipped with an 
auto ice maker in freezer, coffee maker, microwave, dishes, etc.  
All linens and towels are provided.  The main bedroom, with a view 
of the canyon, has a brand new Simmons queen size bed, chest of 
drawers and a very comfortable leather chair.  The second bedroom 
has a walk-in closet with two twin beds.

Activities and Attractions

The house is set in a residential area of San Diego.  By car, it is 
10-12 minutes to downtown San Diego, Coronado, Balboa Park, and 
Mission and Fashion Valley.  Shopping for daily necessities is five 
minutes away.  La Jolla and other beaches are not more than twenty 
minutes away.    

Vacation Rental Rates

Weekly:  September 16th through May 30, $475 weekly; monthly $1,700.
Weekly:  June 1st through September 15th, $575 weekly; monthly $2,100. 


50% due upon booking, plus a $75 cleaning fee and a fully refundable 
$300 deposit.  Balance due one week prior to renting.
