Vacation Rental Description

A large 300 m2 4 bedroom apartment located in front of the beach in  
Copacabana. A great location where you have the beautiful beach in  
front of you and nice restaurants around you! A great apartment for  
different kind of groups and families that want a location that the  
5 star hotels has but the space and comfort just a large home can  
offer. Great for business men because of the Internet access and  
space in the apartment. Large dining table for 12 persons and marble  
floor in the living room. Extremely safe building. 
The best location in Copacabana in the middle of the beach with live  
music in the beach kiosk in front of the apartment (you can here  
them play from your opened window if you wish). This is just a  
couple of buildings form Rio's newest 5 star luxury Hotel Marriott's  
location). Our company "RioApartments" also helps foreigners to buy  
property in Brazil if it is for an investment or just to have as a  
second home. After the purchase we can offer all the assistance that  
you could need as reform, decoration, cleaning and taking care of  
the property, rent it out successfully to have a return on your

Vacation Rental Amenities

The apartment has 4 bedrooms and it has an equipped large kitchen  
with service area. 2 suites and 2 bedrooms (there are 3 King-size  
beds). Large comfortable living room with a lot of space! 
Cable-TV in 3 locations, TV's in the living room + 2 of the  
bedrooms,  
stereo in the living room + 2 of the bedrooms. Of course AC in all  
bedrooms. 
Broadband Internet access (256 kb) in the apartment. 
Very comfortable and large apartment for them who wants a nice and  
comfortable apartment overlooking the Atlantic Ocean. Perfect for  
executives (with their families) or tourist that wants something  
exclusive. Nice decorated in opposite of the most Of the apartments  
that are for rent in Rio (decorated by a Swedish perfectionist).

Activities and Attractions

The apartment is next to the beach in Copacabana and all the beach  
activities are close by, restaurants and shopping is just a block  
away!

Vacation Rental Rates

300 US$ a day during low season (1/4 until 1/12) 
350 US$ a day during high season (1/12 until 1/3) 
For big holidays like New Year and Carnival 7000 US$ for 7 nights! 
Rental agreements: 
Minimum rental period is 7 days. 
30 to 50 % of the rent is needed to secure the reservation.(this is  
not refundable if you cancel your reservation) 
The easiest way to send us this deposit is thru Paypal to our  
account with them. The rest of the rent is paid in cash when  
you "check in", can be in US$, Euro or R$. 
When you sign the rental contract a 1000 US$ deposit is needed for  
the furniture and other belongings in the apartment.  
This money will be returned when you leave the apartment subject to  
deductions in case of damages.
