The condo has recently been redecorated with new appliances, furniture and a 42in Flat Screen TV. The Master Bedroom has a King bed and 23in Flat Screen TV. The Guest bedroom is equipped with 2 Full beds and a 21 in Sony TV. This lovely unit enjoys mountain views from the patio.
The condo is fully equipped with everything necessary for your Arizona vacation. Including cable TV, a DVD, Central Air & Heat. The property is centrally located in the Phoenix "North Mountain Preserve". Hiking and walking trails are within walking distance. Grocery stores, restaurants, shopping malls, movie theaters and museums are close by. Also, there are two freeways close by making it easy to access day trips to Sedona, the Grand Canyon, Tuscon, etc. This is a gated community with 3 pools, each with a spa, a basketball and tennis court are available. Gas grills are located at each pool.
