The heated pool is exceptionally large and is enhanced by a profusion of tropical plants, providing visual pleasure as well as privacy and seclusion. Dining in this tropical oasis is a particular pleasure, dining facilities as well as a gas barbeque are provided.

And when you come inside, a sophisticated yet relaxing living area awaits you. The luxury granite kitchen is fully equipped and the pretty breakfast nook overlooks the pool. The formal dining area has feature tray ceilings and a rich opulent atmosphere.
The bedrooms are a haven of peace and relaxation. The master bathroom is particularly luxurious with feature bath and separate walk in shower. The fourth bedroom has a comfortable double sofa bed and can be used as a den in the daytime.

Delasol is a superb new community in prestigious north Naples. It is a community of lakes, nature preserves and green areas. There are excellent community facilities, including pool and spa, clubhouse, state of the art fitness center, play area, tennis, basketball etc. Walkways allow for leisurely strolls in the sunshine.

Delasol places you within easy reach of our magnificent gulf beaches as well as downtown Naples. Delnor Wiggins is our nearest beach and has won many awards for its superb facilities and the quality of the beach. The new shopping and dining venue, Mercato, is close by as are the Waterside Shops and the Village on Venetian Bay. Naples is of course a golfers paradise and this home gives you easy access to a wide range of courses.

Naples has miles of shimmering beaches, lapped by the gentle waves of the Gulf of Mexico. The beaches along this coast regularly feature as the best in the world for quality of sand, stunning scenery and year round swimming. So share your picnic with the ducks at Lowdermilk park. Or have a bar-b-que at Delnor-Wiggins, an unspoilt beach where you can see a number of endangered species, including loggerhead turtles.
Some of our homes come with passes to private beaches and there is excellent public access for guests staying in our other homes. We offer our guests many suggestions on the best beaches, and the many ways to have fun in the sun!
Naples is unusual in Florida in that it has a distinctive and beautiful town center, with a special ambience conducive to strolling and dining.

Take a walk on Naples pier at sunset, our most famous landmark. Historic Palm Cottage will give you a sense of Old Florida. And if you take a trolley tour around town, you get to see all the sights, including glimpses into the lives of the rich and famous!

Strolling down the Mediterranean style 5th Ave is a popular pastime in Naples. So take a walk, have a coffee or a cocktail and relax - you're on vacation!
