This 2 story, 4 bedroom, beachfront vacation home is located in an exclusive neighbourhood where many Canadians and Americans come back year after year.

It’s a spacious house with large windows which ensure cool breeze throughout the day. The beachfront area of the house is the best place to hang out during the day: the pool is right on the front, surounded by a partly covered terrace, properly furnished so rest assured you’ll have enough tanning area. There is also a built in charcoal grill in the beachfront terrace.

Master bedroom is enormously large, it features a living room area with a sofa, full bathroom and a large beachfront balcony. AC in master. Also satellite TV can be setup either in the living room or Master bedroom.

All other bedrooms are spacious as well, 2 of them with a full size bed and third one with a king size bed.

Lux fully equipped kitchen, with granite counter and lots of kitchen storage space. 6 burner stove and Oven, fridge, wine cooler, microwave, coffee maker, toaster... anything you need!!

Satellite TV with over 150 channels: Fox, Sony, E!, Discovery, History channel, TNT, Hallmark, ESPN, Fox Sports, NFL, CNN, Fox News, MTV, VH1.

Very convenient location will assure peace and serenity on your vacations. On one hand an easy 5 minute drive from the fishermen
village of Chicxulub, 10 from Progreso and 35 from Mérida, and on the other, being apart from the villages assures you won’t be
having people bathing in front of your house or fisherman docking their boats there.

The house offers peace, beauty, serenity, and freedom. The adventure of exploring Mayan ruins and majestic cities such as Merida is enticing an easily available.

Public transportation goes by (on the main road, a 5 minute walk from the house) every 20 minutes towards Chicxulub, Progreso, Mérida and Telchac. However, having a
car would be more comfortable.

The locals at Chicxulub are very friendly and you can find there most of the services: laundry, telephone, internet, market (meat,
seafood, veggies, etc), video store, etc.
