Weirs Beach Center - Perfect Location - Private Beach in Lake Winnipesaukee

Methodist Circle is a secluded, private association of 16 home with
a 230' private beach. The Weirs Beach Center and Public Beach is
just a five-minute walk, yet far enough away so you don't hear the
hustle and bustle of all the activities. East Haverhill House is
located within Methodist Circle with the Beach only 75' from its'
front door.
East Haverhill House has two rental units available.  Each unit has a full kitchen, living room and bathroom. One unit has 3 bedrooms (3 Double Beds, 1 set of Bunk Beds.) The other unit has 4 bedrooms (3 Double Beds, 1 set of Bunk Beds.) Each unit is fully furnished and has a stove, refrigerator, microwave oven, dishes, silverware, coffee pot, toaster, pots and pans, cable tv and vcr. Bed linens and bath towels are provided. (Beach Towels are not.)
Maximum occupancy is eight people per unit, (4 Adults, 4 children).
There is a picnic table and gas grill in our yard. There are also picnic
tables down at the beach. Parking is limited to two cars per unit.
A boat slip is not provided with the rental, but occasionally one of
the other homeowners may not be using their slip or mooring and you
may be able to rent it from them for the week. If not, there are
several marinas within walking distance of the house.

Then arrow over to the furthest bottom right corner and you can see a
horseshoe shaped rock pier and 12 boat slips to the left of it. The
homeowners in Methodist Circle own the 12 boat slips. (Our house is
located 75' behind the boat slips.) To the left of the boat slips is
our beach area. The Association members have 230' of waterfront.
When you see the big group of trees behind the beach area - there are
sixteen houses nestled in the trees. That's Methodist Circle. You
can see the Weirs Beach Center and Boardwalk behind the trees and to
the left. It's just a five-minute walk away.
Rental period begins Saturday at 2:00 PM, checkout time is 10:00 AM
the following Saturday.

With a private beach outside your front door, or a public beach a few
minutes walk away, the water activities are endless. The Weirs Beach
Center, only a five-minute walk, has arcades, water slides, go carts,
miniature golf, bumper pool cars, restaurants, pubs, gift shops, jet
ski rentals, Mt. Washington Cruise Tours, and train rides. Within a
five minute drive, you can treat yourself to The Kellerhaus make-your-own ice
cream sunday or The Funspot Bingo Hall, Arcades, and Bowling Center.
Twenty miles away is the Tilton Outlet Mall where you can buy
almost everything. The Barnstormers Summer Theatre in Tamworth is
worth a visit. There's plenty to do at the Weirs Beach and the
surrounding areas.

$1050.00 week plus 9% NH Meals & Rentals Tax  Mid-June - Labor Day            (an additional $100.00 cleaning fee required which will be returned to you upon your departure if the unit is clean and ready for the next guests.)

Motorcycle Week Rates - minimum one week rental     $2800.00 plus 9% NH Meals & Rentals Tax for Laconia Motorcycle Rally Week in June with additional nights at $150.00 per night.  Minimum rental is one week
