Ocean & Bay Views Penthouse Suite in Ocean City

This unique and absolutely lovely 2 Bedroom, 1 Bath Penthouse occupies the
entire top 7th floor of the Homestead Hotel. There are Ocean & Bay views
from every window and from the 800(+) sq. foot decks. You will have
your own private elevator and reserved parking space only 1/2 block
from the Boardwalk and Beaches. The Homestead has been converted
into Condos and you will not find the noise and confusion inherent of
the hotel environment. Come and relax. Wake up with the sun rising
over the Ocean & watch it set over the Bay. Go home relaxed & filled
with wonderful memories. A private parking space is reserved for our
guests. (4 Night minimum stay)

Both bedrooms have queen size beds and a television. We provide
pillows and bedspreads; you will need your own sheets. There is also
a queen size futon. Queeen Beds have brand new top of the Beauty Rest matresses that require deep pocket sheets. If you do not have these sheets are a vaible for small fee.

The kitchen is stocked with cookware, dinner ware, cooking utensils,
stove, microwave, and coffeemaker. Paper products: TP, papertowels, napkins; along with food wraps, food storage bags, dish soap, hand and laundry soap included.

The living room offers abundant seating and a television with dvd palyer. Free wifi now available.

The living room, dining area, and kitchen span a distance of 30 feet,
and face a wall of windows overlooking the decks. You will love the
ocean and bay views from the private 800 sq. foot decks.
Wake up with your cup of coffee and watch the sunrise. Set the
evening mood with a glass of wine and watch the sun set. This seventh
floor penthouse is one-of-a-kind, and waiting for you.

You will have your own reserved parking space.

Beach chairs, umbrellas, and cooler are there for you to use.
We are only 1/2 block from all that the beaches and boardwalk have to
offer.
