This unique and absolutely lovely 2 Bedroom, 1 Bath Penthouse occupies the
entire top 7th floor of the Homestead Hotel. There are Ocean & Bay views
from every window and from the 800(+) sq. foot decks. You will have
your own private elevator and reserved parking space only 1/2 block
from the Boardwalk and Beaches. The Homestead has been converted
into Condos and you will not find the noise and confusion inherent of
the hotel environment. Come and relax. Wake up with the sun rising
over the Ocean & watch it set over the Bay. Go home relaxed & filled
with wonderful memories. A private parking space is reserved for our
guests.



condo rental amenities

Both bedrooms have queen size beds and a television. We provide
pillows and bedspreads; you will need your own sheets. There is also
a queen size futon.

The kitchen is stocked with cookware, dinner ware, cooking utensils,
stove, microwave, and coffeemaker. Paper products: TP, Papertowels, napkins; along with food wraps, food storage bags, dish soap, hand and laundry soap included.

The living room offers abundant seating and a television with dvd palyer. Free wifi now available.

The living room, dining area, and kitchen span a distance of 30 feet,
and face a wall of windows overlooking the decks. You will love the
ocean and bay views from the private 800 sq. foot decks.
Wake up with your cup of coffee and watch the sunrise. Set the
evening mood with a glass of wine and watch the sun set. This seventh
floor penthouse is one-of-a-kind, and waiting for you.

You will have your own reserved parking space.

Beach chairs, umbrellas, and cooler are there for you to use.
We are only 1/2 block from all that the beaches and boardwalk have to
offer.

Ocean City NJ - Homestead Hotel - 7th Fl Penthouse

Our family of three had a very good experience with this Ocean city condominium rental, and we would recommend this property. The nearby, off-site rental agency handled check-in and check-out smoothly. The condo had surround balconies that afforded great views of the boardwalk, ocean, and bay side with antigravity outdoor chairs, and an outdoor dining area. The condo is well appointed but not luxurious. The living room furniture was comfortable, with plenty of seating. Our son decided to sleep on the sofa for the ocean views, and was comfortable the whole week. Because of the higher ceilings and the rooms not being separated by walls going to the ceiling, the portable air conditioners made the rooms comfortable but not especially cold if you like it cooler. The condo had a spacious living room but the bathroom and shower room were somewhat small. All the rooms were clean The owner generously made available weekly beach tags, novels, magazines, a bucket of Johnson's caramel corn and a bottle of wine. The property is located very close to the boardwalk, beach, a supermarket and stores in town so shopping without a car is convenient. The owner also made available beach chairs, a small cooler, beach umbrellas, and a cart to get it all down to the beach. The kitchen had all the appliances needed and staples such as paper towels, salt, ketchup, etc. The condo was quiet and we were not disturbed by street noise or other hotel residents. There is a small elevator requiring a key to access the 7th floor. We had read reviews, some of which were negative regarding the hotel, but the penthouse suite was a fine experience.

Recommended for: age 55+, girls getaway, sight seeing, tourists without a car

Stayed @ this property for 3 weeks. This unit has an AWSOME view - and that's about it. Did not feel price paid matched the ameneties, furnishings and overall upkeep of property. This unit needs alot of work to justify the weekly rent.
P.S No Central air (has portable units) and unit was very WARM!!!!

Owners response: The furnishings have been updated and newly decorated. In additional to a fully equipped kitchen, you will find that the pantry includes items like trash-bags, tissues, paper-towels, toilet paper soap, hand soap, dish-washing soap, plastic wrap, plastic storage bags, laundry soap and dryer sheets. All things you don't need to bring. The unit is clean, all the mattresses and pillows have been wrapped with allergies resistant coverings and beds topped with an extra-comfort foam topper. The views are awesome; have your morning coffee on the deck or enjoy your evening meal under the stars. It is our hope that you enjoy this penthouse as much as we do.
