Featuring a fully equipped kitchen with a pass through breakfast bar, an eat in dinning room and a comfortable relaxing family room. Master bedroom has a king size bed with a private door out to lanai. Flat screen TV with dvd player. There is also a queen size bed in the second bedroom along with sleeper sofa in family room to sleep all your family and friends comfortably. Step outside from the family room to enjoy the beautiful courtyard and the pool. You may just want to sit back and relax on the lanai with your morning coffee enjoying the view of the beach and the fresh ocean air. North of the property you will find a picnic area to enjoy lunch overlooking the wide open sandy beach. Nearby is a playground for kids and Racquetball. There are fantastic restaurants and shopping just minutes away.
