Unsurpassed spectacular views from this highly upgraded pool home at Mountain View Country Club. Mountain View Country Club is a prestigious resort that is located within a 5 minute drive of most of the major attractions in La Quinta. With the Infinity pool overlooking the 3rd and 4th fairways and lake, the south facing views are fabulous with nothing but mountains and water. This prime lot is in the quietest and most desirable area of Mountain View Country Club. There is neither street noise nor power line views. The lot is elevated, so you will have the privacy and views that many golf course homes do not enjoy. Upgraded features include a gourmet kitchen with stainless steel sinks, upgraded maple cabinetry, granite breakfast counter, and high end appliances. The formal dining room, overlooks the the great room with a custom fireplace, incredible views , and a wet bar for guest entertainment. The master suite features a 50 inch flat screen television along with sliding glass doors that lead to the pool and wonderful views. The master bathroom is very spacious with a separate tub and shower along with marble counters. There are two additional en-suite bedrooms that each feature queen size beds. The 4th bedroom offers a single over double bunk bed, + a trundle bed. It also has a desk with a computer and scanner. You have full access to the garage and golf cart which you can use for the clubhouse and even the Silver Rock public course nearby. The garage also has a ping pong table for your enjoyment. A bbq, wireless internet, and a firepit all come with the home! This vacation rental includes access to the beautiful Mountain View Country Club as a social guest. Dining facilities and sports bar are available for guest use with frequent special events. The fitness center, Spa, tennis, locker rooms w steam room, and community pool with lap lanes are also available for quest use at a nominal daily fee.
