Vacation Rental Description

Although our home has plenty of room, we have set it up as a  
retreat "Just For Two." Comfortable and charming, The Sweetheart  
Chalet offers a large open loft Master Bedroom, a separate TV Room  
and Dressing Room, Living Room with fireplace and an open Kitchen.  
 
You will find it in a quiet cul-de-sac with a wooded yard and large  
deck.  It's a great place for walking and is close to a nice lake  
beach. The house is complete with items for a great couples get- 
away: DVD/VHS player and small selection of movies, picnic basket  
and travel cooler, beach chairs, wine glasses, menus from  
area restaurants and of course, lots of peace and quiet. 
 
The Sweetheart Chalet is a great place for celebrations.  Please let  
us know if you are planning your vacation for an anniversary,  
engagement, birthday or honeymoon.

Vacation Rental Amenities

Master Bedroom features queen size bed, TV with basic cable and  
alarm clock.  
 
Kitchen includes microwave, coffee pot, blender, full set of dishes  
and cookware, silverware and utensils. Charcoal grill is outside.  
Please bring charcoal and lighter fluid. 
 
Living room has fireplace and stereo with CD/cassette. 
TV Room has additional TV with basic cable and DVD/VHS player. 
Bathroom has a shower stall (no tub). 
Extras: iron and ironing board, movies and books for your use. 
 
24 hour security is in the community. Non-motor boats for rental. 
Tennis and basketball courts, picnic areas, pools and lake beaches.

Activities and Attractions

Year round activities in the region are skiing, fishing, hiking,  
boating, outlet shopping, antiquing, theatre, arts and restaurants.  
The Poconos are beautiful and relaxing in all four seasons.

Vacation Rental Rates

Weekend: $350.00(3 nights) 
Week: $650.00 
 
Community Registration:$20.00 
Lake/Pool Pass: $7.50/day or $25/week 
 
*Reservations must be made two weeks in advance of rental  
date for proper registration.  
*Please ask for extended rates. 
*Security Deposit Required. 
 
Smoking and Pets are not permitted. 
Guests must be 25 years of age.
