Whitfield House - 5 mins from Dreams Park! in Cooperstown

The Whitfield House is a bright and airy 150 year old house in the small village of Milford.  The garden is filled with ornamental trees that give privacy and shade the deck.  A large gas grill and summer furniture is ready for your barbecue on the partially covered deck off the dining room.  This house is ideal for families to share - with a TV for each bedroom and private bathroom attached to each bedroom.

The main house consists of a living room, TV/family room, huge country kitchen and four bedrooms, each with their own bathroom and TV. Two of the bedrooms are on the first floor - each with a queen bed. One bedroom on the second floor has and a queen and a twin bed, the other bedroom has two twins. All bedrooms have air conditioners. The attached apartment has a queen bedroom, living/dining room with sofabed, kitchen and full bathroom.

The kitchen's French doors lead out to a spacious deck and garden with flowers and fruit trees. There is plenty of off-street parking for our guests. A large laundry room with coin-op washer and dryer is shared by the main house and the apartment .

Milford is only a 5 minute (3-1/2 miles) drive to Cooperstown Dreams Park.  Less than a minute's walk takes you to a deli, restaurant, bank, post office, village park, and the Milford Depot of the historic Cooperstown & Charlotte Valley Railroad.  A short walk and you are at the Cooperstown Brewery or the Susquehanna River (good fishing).

We rent in the summer from Friday evening to the following Friday morning - this coincides with the baseball camps - Dreams Park and All Star Village.
