is set in the Pine Valley district of Rotonda West. It boasts 2130
sq feet of living area under air conditioning with every room having
ceiling fans. It has a south west facing aspect overlooking a
secluded lake and private golf course.
The main living area has a cathedral style ceiling, and tastefully
furnished. The sofas and chairs are very comfortable and a 34" flat
screen satellite TV for your entertainment. The front den room can
act as private area with a sofa and further tv
incorporating CD and tape player. A formal dining and breakfast nook
completes the great room
A breakfast bar separates this from the fully equipped and upgraded
kitchen area. All units have upgraded beech doors and staron
worksurfaces with integral double sink, waste disposal unit and
dishwasher. There is a four ring cooker and oven with integral
microwave plus a large fridge freezer with ice maker. All other
utensils are supplied, electric can opener, four slice pop-up
toaster.. you name it its got it.
The master bedroom and en-suite has a King Size bed with walk in
closet, his and her sink units, walk in shower and spa bath. Large
glass doors afford access to the pool area
The second bedroom has a Queen Bed and shares the third twin bedded
room with the second bathroom. Both these bedrooms have adequate
storeage space.
Utility Room has large tub washer and tub dryer with iron, ironing
board, mop and bucket, vacuum cleaner etc.
The pool has been extended to 31 feet in length and incorporates a
raised hot spa tub. Set in a fully extended screened cool deck area
it affords an opportunity to spend many comfortable hours sun
bathing and relaxing by the pool on the luxury pool furniture. Why
not try breakfast by the pool in the lanai area. The pool and spa
can be heated by electric heat which can be arranged at extra
cost. The pool has a thermal blanket. The hot tub can be isolated
from the pool system and heated on its own. Pool and spa floodlights
make it ideal to have drinks in the spa at night.Views from pool

courses a very short drive away and another twenty within
