`This perfectly appointed 2-bedroom 2.5-bath condo has everything you need for your vacation any time of the year. Northstar skiing, mountain biking, golf, movies, shopping, recreation center, and dining are just a free shuttle ride away! Lake Tahoe, Kings Beach, Crystal Bay casinos, and Truckee are all within 10 minutes; and Tahoe City, Squaw, and Alpine are within half an hour.

As you enter the foyer, you will be greeted by plentiful natural light and space for your boots and coats (there is a ski locker outside for the hardware.) As you step up to the spacious living/dining area, you can gaze out over expansive Martis Valley through the pines. In the living room you will enjoy the gas fireplace with river rock surround, a deep easy chair, comfy pull-out couch, and a flat screen cable TV. The dining area includes a table and padded chairs for 6, 2 seats at the bar adjoining the kitchen, and a deck with seating and a gas barbecue. The full kitchen, open to the living and dining areas, features a dishwasher, stove, microwave, toaster, coffeemaker, mixer, and blender, in addition to all the china, silverware, glassware, pots and pans, and utensils you need to create a great vacation meal. There is also a full bath upstairs.

On the downstairs level you will enjoy the same panoramic valley and forest views from one of two bedrooms. The queen bedroom also features a big mirrored closet, seating, and cable TV. The two-twin bedroom has a deck and seating out the sliding glass door. There is a full bath and a half bath downstairs, as well as a washer/dryer.

Some other features of the home are wireless internet, telephone, and passes to the NPOA Recreation Center. Northstar offers tons of activities for your vacation: skiing, nordic skiing, ice skating, roller skating, concerts, summer outdoor movies, lift-served mountain biking, movie theater, recreation center, shopping, dining, golf, horseback riding, swimming, hot-tubbing, and hiking.

The free Northstar shuttle takes you the half mile to the Village at Northstar, with ice skating and roller skating, restaurants, shopping, movie theater, and nightlife.  This is also the base area for the ski mountain where you catch your gondola ride to great skiing, snowboarding, and cross-country skiing, or mountain biking in the summer.

Northstar's golf course is one of the best in North Lake Tahoe, and you will be close to many other great courses.

Sports activities abound: frisbee golf, skateboarding, rafting, tubing, cross-country skiing, snowmobiling, tennis, miniature golf, snowboarding, hiking, trail running, downhill mountain biking, cross-country mountain biking, road biking, fly fishing, and lake fishing.

Spring's Snowfest brings an array of activities, parades, and fireworks.  Independence Day fireworks inTahoeCity and KingsBeach are the highlight of the summer.  Squaw's Christmas Eve Torchlight Parade is the best way to ring in the holiday season, with hundreds of torches skiing down the nighttime mountain.
