Huge Historic Victorian Home on Utah's Pauite Atv Trail in Junction

Junction, Utah was originally settled in 1880 at the junction of the East Fork and Sevier River. Lotts Landing, a beautiful Victorian home, was built in 1895, next door to the historic Piute County Courthouse.

Horseshoes, tetherball, croquet, volleyball, dog run, approx 2,200 miles of the Pauite Trail, only one hour to Bryce Canyon,  68 miles to Brian Head Ski Resort, approx. 15 minutes to Otter Creek Reservoir, 4 miles to Paiute Reservoir, approx 18 miles to Puffer Lake, River Rafting, ATV Jamboree in Marysvale just 12 miles to the North of our property.  Horseback riding.  Butch Cassidy's boy hood home in Circleville just 6 miles to the South of our property.  Butch Cassidy Day's Parade and Rodeo.

We are right in the middle of the Pauite ATV trail and surrounded by fishing lakes, rock climbing, wildlife and more!  Just 15 minutes from the historic Big Rock Candy Mountain!

Our historic home comes complete with laundry facilities, 2 full baths, 1/2 bath, living room, parlor, fenced yard, 1 King bed and 4 queen beds.

The amazing over-sized kitchen is complete with all the cooking utensils and a double-wide refrigerator.

There is ample parking for all your vehicular toys, including RV parking (dry). In addition, an outdoor BBQ is available and a firepit, complete with wood, perfect for roasting marshmallows.

Less than a 45-minute Panguitch Lake or Fish Lake.

Less than a 90-minute drive to Zion National Park.

Dishes, pots and pans, coffee pots, crock pot, sandwich maker, grills, silverware, dish cloths, towels, spices,are all available.  Please bring your own liquid dish soap and liquid laundry soap.  We supply one roll of toilet paper in each bathroom and 1 roll of paper towels so if you need more, you will need to bring it.  Bring your food, your toiletries, and if you have a favorite pillow!!

Summer Rates
Memorial Day - Labor Day

$300/night. / $1500/week (stay 5 nights, get 2 free during same stay!)

Winter Rates
(Excluding Thanksgiving & Christmas) 

$200/night, $1000/week.

All rentals subject to taxes and a $100.00 nonrefundable cleaning deposit.

On Regular rates, stay 5 nights get 2 nights free, during same stay!!  (Does not apply to "special rates".)

Holiday Weeks as well as Butch Cassidy Days have a 3 night minimum.

Return guests will receive 25% off current rates on your next stay!!

Rates are for up to 10 guests...each additional guest is $10.00 per night...5 years and under are free.
