Vacation Rental Description

Located within The Colony section of the Indian Wells Country 
Club gated community. 'walking distance' to IW Tennis Gardens & soon 
to be built Miles Crossing: Shopping & Restaurants, for easy access. 

Single Family Home is decorated in desert contemporary color 
pallet & style ~ Is 2200 sq feet ~ Has 3 bedrooms; 2 bathrooms ~ 
Plus Casita = 4th bedroom w/ separate entrance & own bathroom ~ 3 
car garage. 

Spacious Great Room with fireplace living has 57inch High Def TV & 
Dining room. 

Gourmet Kitchen has: granite counters, double oven; refrigerator 
with both filtered water & ice; with eat-in dinning area that 
works well for playing games & cards too. 

~ Master Bed Room suite includes Cal King bed, 32inch HDTV & area 
for reading & relaxing. Master bath suite has a luxurious soaking 
tub, separate shower, double sinks, private w.c., and huge walk-in 
closet.

~ Two(2) Guest Rooms have Queen Beds & spacious closets. Have a 
shared Guest bath which includes double sinks and private room for 
bath tub + shower and w.c. 

~ The Casita has a separate entrance @ front door & can sleep 3 
people. Has Day bed with trundle(= 2 twin beds)& a second twin bed 
and bathroom. 

Covered patio, whirlpool spa with waterfall into swimming pool. 
Patio Includes: BBQ Propane Gas Grill, outdoor dinning furniture, 
Umbrellas, chaises, chairs & cushions are all included for relaxing 
& thawing in the desert sun.

And a beautiful show of stars in our desert sky is included almost

Vacation Rental Rates

Rental Rates for 2008/2009 Seasons

May 2008 - Sept 2008:  $3600 per month - Monthly utility credit of $300 
                        1900 per week
                         375 per night, (3 night minimum)

Oct 2008 - April 2009: $6600 per month - Monthly utility credit of $300 
                        2900 per week
                         450 per night, (3 night minimum)

 All Rental Rates Include: up to 6 occupants +  Monthly utility 
credit of $300 (pro rated if stay less than 30 days) + local & 
unlimited Long Distance (US only) + Wireless Internet access + 
weekly Lawn & Pool service.

 Deposits: Security & Reservation deposit. Depend on number of 
quests, etc. - Please Inquire. 

 Weekly housekeeping & laundry service can be arranged for An 
Additional Fee through Merry Maids ®™ ~ Internationally recognized, 
so that all of our guests are comfortable with the service during 
their stay. 

 Pets - Nothing over 10 pounds. Please inquire - Type and number 
will determine the amount of deposit and rental up charge that will 
apply ~ as all require additional clean-up and allergen elimination 
for future quests. 

 Refunds: Will be made only if we are able to rent to someone else 
for your Booked time period.
