Two bedroom, two bath ranch home has over 1400 s.f. of living space
plus screened in lanai and 1.5 car garage with a Yamaha golf cart
with full curtains and lights for night time travel. Home is
complete with a 27" cable TV, with DVR, in living room and a 13" in the master
bedroom.
Also included are DVD/VCR players. We have wireless internet service available with access to our tee times system.  All the comforts of home, fully furnished and accessorized. Both bedrooms have queen size beds and private baths with linens and towels provided.
Washer/dryer and a fully equiped kitchen are there for your use. Daily newspaper provided.  We also have a gas grill for you to use. 
Home is just 5 minutes from 7 nine hole courses including the 27
hole Championship Nancy Lopez Course. You can enjoy all the
amenities of home ownership for a $50 one time fee, to be able to
golf all 8 championship courses for it's seasonal rate and 25
challenging executive courses absolutely free. There are over 300
activities to choose from and at all levels of interest.
We are located in the village of Chatham, minutes from the Nancy
Lopez Country Club. If golfing isn't your bag, how about tennis,
pickleball, shuffleboard, softball, swimming, biking, running,
biking, shot put, javlin, darts, 8 ball, pinochle, bridge, rummy,
mahjong or tiddly-winks? If the activity exists, there's a group to
join. One of Florida's finest flea markets is about 20 minutes away.
Like to travel? There is everything from day excursions to 2 week
cruises. We are a short golf cart ride from shopping, restaurants,
churches of all denominations and the new hospital. It is only 1.25
hrs from Orlando's airport and many attractions.
It is one hour+ from either coast, if walking on the beach is your
desire.
There are so many other "places of interest" at your fingertips. It
is truely "Disneyworld for adults". Each night of the year there is
entertainment at both of the "Town Squares", conveniently located
and only a short golf cart ride away. If theater is your
preference "The Savannah Center" has both local and professional
theater attractions. Nearby Silver Springs offers free concerts
through-out the year. I'm sure during your stay you will
pinch yourself to see if this wonderful place is for real. The
Villages has it's own radio and tv channels for your viewing and
listening pleasure.

Within a few short hours you can visit the Kennedy Center,
Disneyworld, Universal Studios, Daytona 500, St Augustine, Busch
Gardens, Swim with the Manatees, take a cruise, see the Tampa Bay
Buc's play your favorite football team, see the Devil Ray's play
your favorite baseball team or catch the Yankee's or Red Sox in
spring training. You can be as busy or tranquil as you wish. It's
just a wonderful place filled with wonderful people all just
enjoying life.

There is a weekly newspaper supplement filled with over 300
activities from Bridge to softball, from acting to crocheting. If
you can't find it here, it probably doesn't exist.  Each night there is live entertainment at the squares.  There is also entertainment most nights at Katie Belle's and the Church on the Square. The Monday nite variety show at Katie Belles is a must.  Reservations are necessary. Also, most of the Country Clubs have entertainment.

Included in all rentals is our Yamaha golf cart. For a one time $50
fee to "The Villages" you will be entitled to all resident amenities including golf, tennnis, pools, and Katie Bell's upstairs dining.
