This beautiful 3 bedroom, 2 bath home is located in an established community close to downtown Kailua Kona and local beaches. There is an ocean view living room with vaulted cupola ceiling, full kitchen and dining area with breakfast bar, and a laundry room with washer + dryer (laundry detergent provided). 

The lanai has a gas grill, screened sleeping porch (in addition to the 3 inside bedrooms) and panoramic ocean views covering miles of Kona Coastline.  The lanai is everyone's favorite "room" and also has a dining table + chairs for sunset dinners. 

We provide bath + beach towels, extras for the kitchen like foil and plastic bags, propane for the gas grill, boogie boards, laundry detergent and fabric sheets, cleaning supplies (for those so inclined), bed linens, and more.  High chairs, umbrella strollers, and pak-n-play day cribs available on request.
