Vacation Rental Description

This beautiful custom built home, at historic Indian Palms Resort & Country Club, looks south over the 8th 
fairway of the Indian Course and has a SPECTACULAR VIEW of the Santa Rosa Mountains and Mount San 
Jacinto.  This home is light & bright with volume ceilings and is offered TURNKEY FURNISHED...just bring your 
suitcase.  

You enter through the inviting double door entry into this lovely home.   The entry and kitchen have diagonally 
laid 18" tile...plush carpet throughout the rest of the home.  There is access to the wonderful pool and spa and 
the south facing, covered patio which has 2 fans, through the family room as well as the Master Suite.  There 
are Plantation Shutters on ALL windows.

The double sided fireplace separates the game room and library from the family room.

The kitchen has beautiful Corian counters.  There is an eating/serving counter so the cook is not excluded from 
the activities taking place in the family room area.  There is under counter lighting to enhance efficiency; pull-out 
shelves in the pantry and all lower shelves;  top of the line GE appliances.  There is a casual eating area as well 
as a formal dinning area.

The comfortable Master Suite, with king bed,  is very spacious and has a slider out to the pool/spa, patio area.  
The master bath, with glass block windows, has dual sinks and separate jacuzzi tub and enclosed shower with 
a built in bench.  There are his and her walk-in closets.

Both of the guest bedrooms are on the west side of the home.  One guest bedroom is used as an office and 
has a queen sofa bed.  The other guest bedroom has a comfortable queen bed.  The bedroom are separated by 
a jack-n-jill bath which has an enclosed tub/shower.  Additionally, there is a half bath that is conveniently 
located.

The rear, south facing, patio overlooks the inviting pool/spa out to the golf course and the BEAUTIFUL 
mountains.  There is a comfortable table and chairs and chaise lounges.  The covered portion of the patio has 2 
fans to add to your comfort.  There is a wonderful gas Bar-B-Q for your enjoyment.

Indian Palms Resort & Country Club, is semi-private and has 27 holes of championship golf and pro shop; 
lighted tennis; Lifestyle fitness center; full service restaurant and bar; banquet facilities; boutique hotel...great 
for overflow company.  It is convenient to shopping, restaurants, theaters, casinos, hospital.
