Welcome to 21088 Saint Peters Drive, at Matanzas Pointe, a beautiful pool home with three bedrooms, two full baths and in an area of exceptional properties. It is located in a quiet, mid island residential area and can comfortably accommodate seven guests.

As you approach this lovely home, the well manicured lawn and tropical vegetation is just a preview of what awaits inside. This is a split level home offering a grand space for you and your guests to spread out and relax.

The lower level has a guest bedroom with a queen bed and a full bath across the hallway. An office/bedroom is the next stopping point, complete with a twin bed for late night snoozing, if work is a must while vacationing or for another guest. Continuing on, find a partial kitchen, and an open dining and living area that provides guests with their own private area. A sleeper sofa can accommodate an additional two people. Recline in the leather chair and catch a TV show or walk out the sliders that open directly onto the pool deck. This lower level makes this home a perfect two for one vacation spot.

Walk up a short flight to the main level where you’ll find an inviting living room.  Recline in the comfy leather sofa and enjoy a movie or sunbathe on the wrap around deck and watch the pool activity on the lower deck. 

A lovely dining area, with partial Gulf views, awaits a gourmet meal prepared in the fully equipped kitchen with beautiful granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. A full bath is close by in the hallway with jetted tub and dual sinks. The spacious, and beautifully decorated, master bedroom has a king bed and a flat screen TV. A sleeper sofa also sits in the master bedroom to accommodate two more guests. For a change of scenery, French doors lead out to a wrap around screened in deck that overlooks beautiful homes nearby, and a great retreat for the master suite.

There is ample parking at this wonderful home, though no trailers or lettered trucks are allowed per neighborhood rules.  For those with allergies this home has been designated 100% pet free and smoke free.  A washer and dryer are located on the entrance level of the house for your use.  Wireless internet is also included for your convenience.

Seven miles of sugar sand beach is just an easy two minute walk down the street. Don’t miss our exceptional sunsets. Publix Supermarket is just a few blocks south of the house, along with the award winning Bay Front Bistro right behind it on beautiful Estero Bay.  Going a couple miles south, you’ll find the Beach Theatre where you can dine while watching a movie. Santini Mall, full of unique shops and restaurants is the next stop. Charter boats, jet skis and parasail rentals are also available. Lovers Key State Park, at the southern most tip of the island, is a popular spot for swimming, shelling and exploring. Turn around and head north to Times Square where there are more shops, restaurants and nightlife. A trolley service runs all day and well into the evening for fifty cents per person.

Enjoy a day or evening out on the Big M Casino boat or take a ferry to Key West. Fort Myers Beach golf course and mini golf courses are close by. Nearby in Fort Myers, you can visit the Ford and Edison Museums, the Imaginarium, Calusa Nature Center, the Naples Zoo or take an airboat or swamp buggy ride through the Everglades.   There are also many opportunities to either see sporting events or participate in sports of your choice, such as tennis, golf, cycling.  The Minnesota Twins class A minor league team, the Fort Myers Miracle, plays a regular season schedule at Hammond Stadium.

Peak Season – $1300-$2400/week, $4000-$5500/month

Add a $40 nonrefundable booking fee, a $75 nonrefundable damage waiver, $140 clean fee, and 11% tax to the above rates.
