Our beautiful home by the sea is the perfect place for you and your family and friends to relax and have a special vacation to always remember. Enjoy the ocean views from the living room which is comfortably furnished with quality leather and features a large screen 3D TV. The balcony is a great place for coffee in the morning or cocktails in the evening and is accessible from both the living room and master bedroom. Our fully appointed kitchen features cherry cabinets and granite counter tops and breakfast bar. The large dining room table provides a family gathering place and the 9 ft ceilings and designer lighting add to the ambience. Our unit has superior furnishings through out. All three bedrooms have excellent quality matresses and their own private baths. The master bedroom suite has a huge bath with his & her sinks, a large soaking tub and a fully tiled double shower. You also have access to high speed wireless internet and an underground reserved parking space. In addition we have 3d movies, games, bikes, ocean chairs & umbrella and a Bocce set for your use.

St Maarten is a highly sought after location due to the lovely grounds and fabulous amenities our facility has to offer. Besides the beautiful beach located right outside your door, there are 3 pools available, an outdoor lap pool,a heated outdoor pool with spa jacuzzi and a heated indoor pool and indoor theraputic hot tub. There is a fully equiped fitness center with exercise machines, free weights and two saunas. You can also enjoy the library or have a game of pool in the billards room.

We also have our caretaker Matt, who will make sure you have everything you need during your stay and answer any questions you may have. He is a great source for recommendations for restaurants and activities. Your own personal concierge!

Daytona Beach Shores is a great location within walking distance of restaurants, shopping and mini golf. We are located 10 minutes from the Daytona International Speedway, home of NASCAR and the Daytona 500. Nearby are excellent restaurants, golf courses, fishing excursions, boat rentals, 4 wheeler rentals and parasailing. Kenedy Space Center is a nice drive up the Coast. Orlando, Disney, Universal and Sea World are only an hour away. St Augustine, our nation's oldest city is an hour North and a makes a great day trip.

Check with owner for rates, specials and availibility. The St Maarten board requires 2 week minimum rentals, occasionally we will be able to accomodate a 1 week rental if we are able to block out 2 weeks, depending on our schedule.

Rates are inc 12.5.% FL tax & plus the cleaning fee of $150.
