However, Taninah is neither a rental home nor a hotel nor a resort.
It is, in fact, more than any of these conventional options could
ever hope to be. Taninah is a unique and exotic, ecologically
friendly alternative to a predictable and plastic vacation
destination. It is not an all-inclusive yet our rate includes the
services of a private Mayan Chef and up to three exceptional daily
meals as well as a starter beverage package. Our attentive and
smiling staff of ten lives on site and are available 24/7 during
your stay to help with any necessity or request large or small.
At its core, Taninah offers five unique guest houses which embody
and define rustic elegance. Our grounds encompass ten fenced, gated
and landscaped acres which have been carefully prepared and groomed
to enhance the natural jungle setting instead of obliterating it.
Terraced gardens, extensive lawns, tropical trees and enchanting
water features grace the landscape and frame our guest houses in an
incomparable paradisiacal setting.
Our guest houses are not offered individually and we do not rent to
multiple parties. The property is only offered to one group at a
time for their exclusive and private use.
This fact alone represents a considerable difference between Taninah
and a standard rental home, hotel, or resort. In a rental home, you
are offered a room. At Taninah you are offered an enchanting guest
house. In a rental property you are offered a lawn, a pool, and
immediate neighbors. At Taninah, you are offered acres of lawns and
gardens and blissful privacy. In a rental home, you are confined to
its walls and token outdoor areas. At Taninah, you are not confined
at all but rather rest your soul in a tropical jungle paradise
surrounded by incredible features and amenities. In a rental home
you are cramped in a single structure. At Taninah you are able to
enjoy communal spaces yet retreat to your private guest house when
desired.

as a re-connecting communal experience all at once.

The property is located 75 minutes south of Cancun, 25 minutes south
of Playa del Carmen, and just 10 minutes away from one of the most
spectacular beaches in the Mexican Caribbean called Xpu Ha. Taninah
is also within 10 minutes of fishing, diving, snorkeling, dining,
shopping, spectacular cenotes, a swim with dolphins, medical
services, internet services, tennis, golf and much more. The
property is within 30 minutes of all the major Riviera Maya
attractions including Tulum, Xcaret, Xel Ha, Playa del Carmen,
Paamul, Akumal and Puerto Aventuras.

Standard nightly rate is $1,950.00 per night for first 10 guests including round trip airport transportation for up to 10, private chef and up to 3 meals per day including children's menu, beverage package and taxes.  Additional guests age 6 and over add $98.00 p/p per night to our base nightly rate for first 10 guests (see above).

Nightly base rate based on occupancy by up to 10 guests including round trip airport transportation, private chef and up to 3 meals per day including children's menu, starter beverage package and taxes. Starter beverage package includes 4 cases of soda, 4 cases of purified drinking water, 4 cases of beer, one bottle of red wine and one bottle of white wine, coffee and hot chocolate and 8 bags of purified ice.

Additional guest rates also include up to three meals per day and
taxes.  Children under 6 stay and eat prepared meals at no charge.

Minimum stay of 7 nights generally required.
Payment Methods: Credit cards via Paypal, checks drawn on US or
Canadian banks or bank to bank wire transfers to our US or Canadian
accounts. 
Prices are in US Dollars and subject to change until reservation deposit is received.
Reservation Payments:
$1,550 USD initial non-refundable deposit required when making reservation.
50% of reservation total required within 15 days of making initial non-refundable deposit.  Remaining 50% of reservation total due 60 days prior to arrival. Original $1,550 deposit turns into security deposit which will be refunded within 10 business days of departure.
Cancellation Policy:
Reservations cancelled within 90 days of arrival can be applied (less
$500 cancellation fee) towards a future reservation if new
reservation is serviced within one year of cancellation.
Travel Insurance:
We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance through Travel Guard
or any other reputable travel insurance provider.
