Taninah offers five unique and charming guest houses which embody and define rustic elegance.  Additional sleeping areas mean Taninah can accommodate up to 35 guests.

Taninah is only offered in its entirety to one group at a time.  Our guest houses are never offered for rent individually.

Although seemingly off-the-beaten-path, Taninah is actually located in the heart of the Riviera Maya. Cancun International Airport is located just 75 minutes north of Taninah.

The bustling cosmopolitan town of Playa del Carmen and its world famous 5th Avenue pedestrian walkway are located just 13 miles north of Taninah.

Ferries to the island of Cozumel run throughout the day from Playa del Carmen.

Our nightly per person rates depend upon specific reservation dates and the number of guests (ages 6 and older at the time of travel) in your party.

Generally speaking, our standard, non-holiday rate ranges between $100 and $165 USD per person per night.

Children under age 6 (at the time of travel) stay free of charge.

All reservations include:

Private and exclusive use of entire 10-acre property.

On-site staff & off-site property manager for daily support, assistance, and concierge services also available 24/7.

Private Mayan cook preparing up to three meals per person per day (including cost of food).

Minimum staff gratuity based on 6% of reservation total.
