Lake Havasu City is a clean small town with large city amenities such as movies, theater, and dining. Our home is about 3 minutues to the world famous London Bridge. At the bridge there is a wide spectrum of water sports such as boat rentals, and tours. You can take a riverboat to the casino across the lake or drive Laughlin Nevada, which is about an hour north of Lake Havasu. There are several beautiful golf courses in the area.

winter rates 2: jan-mar at $1250 a month " three month minimum"
summer rates: apr-sep, daily ($100 weekday, $150 weekend) "three night minimum"
weekly summer rates: apr-sep at $650 a week.
holidays: $200 a night "three night minimum"
deposit:$500 dls to reseve the house.
