This two bedroom, one bath home is in a charming, quiet community and has all the amenities you would need for a short stay or extended time with friends. We are fully furnished with TV's in the Master bedroom and family room. WIFI internet access is also available for our guests. Everything you need for a day at the beach or Daytona Beach attractions. The beach and Tom Renick Park are just a short two minute walk away or if you prefer a quiet day of fishing or kayaking there is a private fishing pier and kayak launch for the residents on Oceanshore Dr. or Riverside Dr. just two minutes to the West as well.

A $300 deposit required (Returned within 10 days of departure date, if appropriate & after a home inspection is completed by cleaning personnel). For each additional night $100 per night. US Currency only. No Smoking or Pets are allowed.
