Larger than average luxury villa - 3 Beds 3- 1/2 Baths on the Links  
Golf Course- Fairway Oaks. Hudson is 30 minutes north of Tampa Int.  
Airport.Publix & local shops within walking distance.

Vacation Rental Amenities

3 1/2 baths (King en-suite- his & her sinks, large walk in shower, separate bath & w.c) 
Crib,small childs bed up to 5yrs available. 
The fully fitted kitchen has a large fridge/freezer, electric  
cooker,dishwasher, microwave oven, waste disposal unit, coffee  
maker,toaster etc and all cooking & dining requrements. There is also  
a breakfast nook with table & chairs. 
There are patio doors leading to the fully screened solar heated  
private swimming pool with plenty of pool furniture and a large  
"lanai" ( covered shaded area) Beach towels, loungers and chairs  
(stored in garage) cool boxes etc are provided and may be taken to  
local beaches if required. Extra pool heating (for winter use)  
available $70/£50 per week. The laundry room has an automatic washer,  
tumbler dryer and sink. Also an ironing board an iron and airer.  
Hairdryer too.Fully air conditioned - Linen & towels provided. 
Entertainment: 32" Colour cable TV in family room,DVD/CD player in  
house radio - cassette player. Additional TV's in Master Bedroom &  
Bedroom 2.    We are a NO SMOKING/NO PETS villa.

Activities and Attractions

It is an ideal location, convenient to the many local amenities. For  
golfers, anglers,beach bums and shopaholics.There are twelve golf  
courses within a short drive. Most local beaches are equipped with  
barbecues, toilets and shaded picnic areas. The nearest beach being  
Hudson Beach is 10 minutes away. Many more going south on US19 until  
Clearwater. North on 19 is Pine Island a very quiet beach with  
shallow water, only knee deep for about 50 metres out. Fishing is  
very popular, both sea and river, day trips out into the Mexican Gulf  
are available. At Tarpon Springs trips can be taken to see divers  
collecting sponges. A casino boat sails daily from Port Richey into  
the Gulf and just to the North Weeki Wachee and Homasassa Springs  
offer natural wildlife, boat trips and shows. Busch Gardens, Tampa is  
approx 35 mins drive. A good family day out and Adventure Park is  
nearby - a water theme park. There are a number of large shopping  
malls within an easy drive north or south along US19. Very popular is  
the WAL-MART Superstore open 24 hours. The nearest supermarket -  
Publix is 4 mins from villa. Also close by TEN_PIN Bowling, roller  
skating, bingo & 2 cinemas.Nearby recreation park with baseball, soccer, football fields, basketball  
& tennis courts, large swimming pool, exercise walks and kids play area.

July-Sept  $780 per week  (£475 per week) 
Nov-Dec    $700 per week  (£425 per week) 
Jan-Mar    $700 per week  (£425 per week) 
 
Deposit $150/£100 per week Balance Eight weeks prior to travel. 
 Villa fully licensed for local laws. Add $50/£30 to one week bookings.
