Mellow Yellow in Smith Mountain Lake

Mellow Yellow is a two-structure complex connected by a covered walkway, each completely private and self contained. Both structures feature three bedrooms, 2.5 baths, a fully equipped kitchen, and open floor plans with high ceilings. The lower structure is three levels; the upper level contains the master bedroom and bath; the main level has two comfortable leather sofas in the great room, and seating for 8-10 in the adjacent dining area. The main level opens onto a large sunroom with wicker furnishings. Beyond the sunroom is the large deck complete with gas grill and plenty of deck furniture. The lower level offers a family room with TV/VCR/DVD, two additional bedrooms, a full bath, and a covered deck. This structure is very close to the water with stone steps that lead to a stationary sun deck and a floater with deck furniture and a charcoal grill. Access to the upper structure via a covered walkway is only a few steps from the lower structure. On the upper level are another complete kitchen, large dining area, and an adjacent living area with TV/VCR/DVD. A spiral staircase leads to the lower level where the master suite and private bath is located. Two other bedrooms and another bath complete this level. There is a canoe available for use at your own risk.
