Located in Indian Shores, a beautiful and charming beach community
with quaint little shops and local restaurants. It offers upscale
dining and a variety of activities on and off it's pristine beach.
Come and enjoy our wonderful gulf home. We offer 2 bedrooms and 2
full baths. Beds are a king in master, queen and full in second
room, and a queen sleeper sofabed in living room. This 2-story
building is intimate but spacious with only nine other units on the
property, offering a quaint and intimate setting among million dollar
homes and million dollar sunsets. Our clean and safe beach is known
worldwide.

This large 1250 sq. ft. condo offers a beachfront view from the
living room deck and an intercoastal view from the master bedroom.
The master bathroom has a glass block shower and double vanity along
with a very large walk in closet. The living room has tile flooring
with open area dining. As you are either preparing or enjoying a
meal, or just relaxing in the living room or deck, you look directly
out to the Beach with all it's splendor.

There is a large sunning deck with lounge chairs and 2 private
showers to rinse the sand. You simply step off the deck, among the
sea oats onto the beautiful sand beach.

We offer all the amenities needed for you to enjoy your vacation and
not worry about anything.

Beach Place is the perfect vacation home being centrally located to
major cities. 25 minutes to Tampa and Busch Gardens, 10 minutes to
St. Petersburg, 90 minutes to Orlando and the Disney Parks or just
relax on our wonderful safe beach and let the world go by. We also
offer numerous activities to suit what ever your heart desires,
activities such as deep sea fishing, scuba diving, wave runners,
parasailing, boating, or walking on the soft sand for miles, elegant
or romantic fine dining to casual beachside restaurants- Beach Place
offers everything to make your vacation memorable. If your idea of
a relaxing vacation is sunbathing, walks on the beach and enjoying

This home is family owned meaning we can offer flexibility with your
schedule. We want you to feel at home and can�t wait to return for

On site or nearby: All water sports including jet-ski rentals,
parasailing, scuba diving, snorkeling, deep sea fishing,
windsurfing, boat rentals, dinner and/or casino cruises, sailing,
water skiing, swimming and shelling. Other activities include:
golf, tennis, raquetball, gyms, basketball, miniature golf,
entertainment parks (such as Busch Gardens-25 minutes, Disney Parks-
90 minutes, Sunken Gardens-20 minutes, Museums, Waterfront
