- Dec - April: $1400 monthly, $435 weekly, $70 nightly
- May - Nov : $1100 monthly, $400 weekly, $60 nightly
- 12% tourist tax
- $250 deposit holds your dates and is returnable minus $50 cleaning fee after your departure (less for shorter stays).
- non refundable pet fee ($50 week/$100 month).
- Dates are reserved once deposit has cleared. Deposit is non-refundable if cancellation occurs less than six weeks before arrival (February - April).
- Full payment must be received 7 days prior to arrival (no cash payments please).
- I accept checks and money orders.
