Escape to our 2300 square foot beautiful home at the Villages at Eldorado, with all new stainless steel appliances, furniture, Carpet, outdoor Grill, Patio Furniture, TV's, and more. We purchased all new in September of 2010. Ideal location, small town to get away from the crowds, but only 20 minutes to the Malls, 30 minutes to Scottsdale/Phoenix, 35 minutes to Sky Harbor Phoenix airport, and only 2 minutes to the Duke Golf Course. You will have the opportunity to enjoy endless activities and amenities, or just simply relax and do nothing at all!
Gorgeous master bedroom is complete with a King bed with a new plush top mattress and a 40" LCD flat screen television. Our second bedroom is almost as big as the master with also a new King size mattress, and 32" LCD television. The third bedroom has a queen size bed with beautiful dresser and walk in closet. The sofa can be converted into a Queen bed. We also have a blow up bed for more than 8 quests.
Other luxury features include a 50 inch wall mounted Plasma TV with a DVD player, and wrap around sofa with 4 fold out recliners. We have Ipod/Iphone docking stations for your music.
A heated swimming pool, Spa, custom BBQ, gas fire pit, and extended flag stone outdoor patio provide a tranquil and resort-like experience.
Our home has everything you will need whether you are booking the ultimate golf vacation or just relaxing around the pool with family. Rejuvenate, Revitalize, Relax, and ENJOY-this is your PERFECT vacation rental.
