1745 antique farmhouse on 137 acres offers a quaint and comfy 2 bedroom 2 bath apartment.  This is a family run working farm and equestrian facility with indoor arena, outdoor arenas and trails.  We have vegetable and perennial gardens, hay fields and forest.  Apartment includes fully equipped kitchen, living room, 2 bedrooms, and 2 bathrooms.  Horseback riding opportunities and stalls are available.  Quiet, relaxing atmosphere.  1.5 miles off  I-93, 10 minutes north of Concord, NH

Both bedrooms have queen beds, bedside tables with clock radios.  We provide all linens: Plush towels, sheets, blankets and pillows.  Put clothes away in the closets and bureaus in each bedroom.  Iron and ironing board in the closet.          

Kitchen is fully equipped with refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, toaster and coffeemaker (with filters).  Kitchen also includes pots, pans, casserole dishes, utensils, etc.  Basic condiments, plus salt, pepper and basic spices are on the shelves.  Highchair for the little ones available at no extra cost.                                                             

Widescreen Cable TV, WiFi, Radio/CD, Books, Puzzles and Boardgames.  Air conditioning in summer months.  Outdoor grill area with table, chairs, sun umbrella and copper firepit.  Maps and brochures provided for information on local attractions.  Horseback riding, stalls available.  Miles of trails for riding, hiking, skiing, snowmobiling, Disc golf onsite.

We are conveniently located 1.5 miles off Interstate 93, just 6 miles north of Concord.    In our town you can visit the Canterbury Shaker Village, NH Motor Speedway, 2 Golf courses, Disc Golf course, Farmers Market, and Pick-your-own veggie/berrie/apple farms

10 minutes South is our state capital, Historic Concord, many museums and gift shops, wonderful restaurants, Christa MaCaulliffe Planetarium.

30 minutes north: Lake Winnepisaukee and Weirs Beach, Beautiful White Mountains and Franconia Notch area.

Boston is 1 hour south and Hampton Beach is 1 hour east.

$125 for one night, $109 per night - staying 2 nights or more.  Weekly and monthly discounts given.  We accept Cash, Check, Money Order or Cashier check.  Deposit of 50% of total amount due is required to confirm your booking.

Plus 9% NH Meals and Rentals tax and $25 cleaning fee, $50 for extended stays.

Plus $100 fully refundable Security/Damage fee.  Returned within 2 weeks after checkout date.
