vacation rental description
Location - Silver Lake Village of the Villages in Central Florida. Within 1/2 mile of Spanish Springs Town Square. Great restaurants (Outback, Carabba's, Applebee's, Ruby Tuesday and others) and shopping. Golf cart community and everything is accessible by golf cart.
House - 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom with central AC and Heat. Recently refurnished - new furniture and appliances. Kitchen - range, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, coffeemaker, toaster, complete set of dishes and utensils, pots and pans and many other items. Living Room - comfortable seating, 42 inch TV with cable and DVD. Master Bedroom - queen sized bed, bathroom within, walk-in closet, TV with cable and wireless internet connection. Guest Bedroom - queen sized bed, bathroom next to.
Vacuum cleaner, Ironing board and iron and all linens and towels. Washer and dryer in attached shed. Large screen room with table and chairs.
note: the Villages is a 55+ community - younger individuals are allowed for a short period of time

30 executive golf courses - no fee. 11 championship golf courses - minimal fee. note- golf carts are available for rental (weekly or monthly) from local dealers. There is a trail fee for use of golf carts on the golf couses. Swimming pools - one or more located in each village. Softball, tennis, pickleball, shuffleboard, horshoes, pool. Bowling - two complexes, 32 lanes each. Movie Theaters -three, 8 screens each. Churches, shopping centers, banks, several emergency health centers and a large hospital.

Three town squares - Spanish Springs, Sumter Landing , and - Paddock Square - nightly entertainment and dancing - restaurants and shopping. Disney World, Epcot, Sea World, Universal Studios, Busch Gardens - south of the villages - one hour or so traveling time. Silver Springs - north of the villages - 30 minutes.
